At Rhino Construction, we collaborate closely with you and your chosen architect or designer to deliver a truly customized and unique project. If you do not already have an architect or designer, we are happy to provide recommendations. Our commitment to a collaborative, detailed, and client-focused approach ensures that your remodeling project not only meets but exceeds your expectations, resulting in a beautiful and functional living space.
Estimating
We engage with clients and their architects or designers at the concept stage to provide a ballpark estimate, helping to assess whether the initial design aligns with your budget or requires adjustments before finalizing details and drawings. We collaborate on value engineering to refine the scope of work to fit within your financial parameters. Once detailed drawings and specifications are available, we create a Detailed Cost Estimate providing an estimated cost of construction specific to your project. Seattle Remodeling
